Kayla is the BEST service advisor their!! When the Service technician said there was nothing wrong with my 2021 QX80 she kept on them until the problem was resolved . When my QX80 had to go back to the shop for my radio/GPS blacking out she kept on until she got everything fixed perfectly . My husband and I will only be working with Kayla!!!

This was emailed to Mike B on 11/19/21 the date of service without any reply to date. Not sure why the service date was changed to reflect 11'20? That said, I arrived at your service facility this morning at 10 am as scheduled. I was asked who my service advisor is and I said Bryan B. Then another young gentleman came over and asked if I had been helped? I said I was waiting for Bryan.
