My experience was ok compared to my previous experience. At pickup after paying no one informed me that my car was in the parking lot while I waited under the coverd service area. Also I was not able to actually talk to my service advisor to discuss needed options and possible discounts like I normally do with Allen.
They didnt an excellent job. Definitely would recommend.
