We had a great experience buying from Bassam at Crest Nissan. We drive our vehicles until the wheels come off, so buying a new car is not a frequent experience for us. He was respectful of our time and was communicative but not aggressive or pushy. He delivered what he said he would- and he operates with integrity. We had a great experience from sales all the way thru financing.

Bassam was super nice and patient with us. Very professional and no pressure purchase. Nassar in accounting was also very nice and personable. Had a very good experience overall. Will highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

Brought my Nissan pathfinder in for its first oil change and tire rotation. Drake was my service person. He was easy to work with and took care of everything for me. Will definitely bring my car back to him in the future

Making the appointment was easy and quick on their website page. I was quickly checked in when I arrived and my needs for service were confirmed. The waiting room is pleasant with free WiFi and coffee. They also have a selection of drinks and snacks but I think for sale. I was notified of addition areas needing attention and they were able to handle the ones I choose in a quick matter of time. The checkout and payme t was also fast and easy.
