Terrible Service! Service work is sub standard. The Service Director Vince Kelly has very poor customer service skills and was not helpful. It's seldom I feel a company is knowingly using poor practices however this company, in my opinion, is. I can not encourage you enough to stay away, if you must take your vehicle to a Nissan Dealer find a different one. Currently waiting to hear back from GM Ms.Tracie H.
The reviews I read I thought .. couldn't be true. Sadly the 1 stars and negative reviews.. make sense now. Only decent experience I had was with the guy who answered the phone in service "Drake." Thank you Drake for making our interaction over the phone pleasant. Upon entering the floor, I was greeted by pleasant nice sales people who walked me to the service department with a smile on their face. These people are just trying to waist ur time and make u frustrating that u make wrong decision of ur trade and they get advantage. I went there couple of time. The phone sale team give you very attractive offer but when you stop by they come with excuses that person was new and he/she doesn't know the price. They are big time cheat and gamer. Please save your time and money from them. Stay away.!!!!
