Definitely steer clear of this one, posted a car on Autotrader for$6199 then started talking about a $1595.00 "reconditioning fee" plus tax title and license..... $1600 fee on a $6000 car! Definitely the kind of place that gives car dealers a bad reputation.

I was in the process of buying a car from them and they sold it out from under me even thou i offered to put money down to hold it for. I just so happen to call before going to the dealer and the salesman (George Diaz) had took the day off. Who takes the day off when you have a sell pending with an appointment at 10:00 am, George does because he had already sold the car and guess what, he didn't answer the phone nor txt messages. I can tolerate a lot, and also understand that being in customer service or service is a thankless job. I do understand there are just some things that the dealer cannot control - but this was not that. I write this review as a shake at the keyboard because just thinking about this experience raises my blood pressure to an ungodly level. Brought my vehicle in (that I just bought in February 2019 from this place) for an issue it was having with the Intelligent Mobility System. Randomly while the vehicle was in motion, a... read more

I went in for a oil change and left with a 95 dollar invoice. No charges were not explained to me and they just decided to add a conditioner to my oil to make my car run better but didn't ask me if it was ok. i will never be back. i don't like getting screwed at dealerships because i'm a women. One oil change and tire rotation 95 dollars not a happy customer. I will take my business else where.
