Very shady practices.... within 5 minutes they had us fill out a credit app, and we said "we're just looking" and they said "oh this is what we do with everyone." We said "We don't want a hard inquiry on our credit report" and they said "oh it won't." Within minutes we got notifications on our phone that we had a hard inquiry. Ok now, that the smoke has cleared. People of Earth, fly by this place go anywhere else to buy a car. You would be better off going to a junkyard at lease the junkyard you get what you pay for. Do not deal with the finance here, they will rob you and cheat you trust. Do not go into the finance office, if you do do not say anything that can be held against you. Do not fall for any warranty from the dealer it's all a scam. Trust me, move on you will think me later. That is all. live long and prosper.

They ripped us off with the maintenance and extended warranty if we had known how much extra they were charging for it we wouldn't have added it. They lied and told us it would be free with purchase of our Nissan Sentra. This cost us over $5k extra. Currently working on getting attorney to receive the money they scammed us for.

The negative reviews were right. Do not take your vehicle to this service department unless you want to spend a lot of money on services that are not needed and do not fix the vehicle issue. Had to go to another repair shop to get the actual fault fixed because this place does Not know how to troubleshoot. Maybe the residents in Frisco can afford to waste money like that but most people in the area work hard and can't throw away money at a bad dealership.

Terrible Service! Service work is sub standard. The Service Director Vince Kelly has very poor customer service skills and was not helpful. It's seldom I feel a company is knowingly using poor practices however this company, in my opinion, is. I can not encourage you enough to stay away, if you must take your vehicle to a Nissan Dealer find a different one. Currently waiting to hear back from GM Ms.Tracie H.
