While the service department has met or exceeded my expectations, unfortunately the sales side and all of the management of Crest Nissan has failed to provide adequate customer service, appreciation, ethics, and morals. I wanted to bring my car in to get an airbag recall taken care of so I called ahead and spoke to Brandon in the service department to make sure that Crest Nissan could do it. I pulled into a guest parking spot and walked into the dealership. It appeared as if the employees were having some sort of holiday party next to the entrance. They were looking at all of these gifts and no one greeted me upon my arrival. This dealership is as dishonest as they come, particularly their salesman named Shon. As a military member I was geographically dislocated from this dealership, but my father still lived within an hour's drive. So, based on texts received from Shon, it appeared as we reached a deal on a vehicle, however, when my father made the commute out to the dealership, Shon looked to get more money for the vehicle than originally agreed on. Stay away-Terrible service. No point in making an appointment. Although I was told I would be seen within 1.5 hr, when I showed up to my appointment they quoted me next day. Terrible attitude from employees. Dealership didn't offer repair options after finding a loophole in my warranty to avoid covering a $3,500 steering repair on a 3-year old vehicle with barely 30,000 miles on it. I'd understand if it were an accident or if we had caused it. We pamper that vehicle and we were heartbroken to find out we were pretty much stu... read more

I would give zero stars if possible! Let's start with not having any appointment system. We called the day before and made an "appointment" for today at 8am. We get there and there's already a waiting line because they informed us it's a first come first serve?? Oh ok so now appointment even though they told us yes the day before. We took our quest to this Nissan dealership because they said we were still under warranty. Well around 2pm they called us saying it was $3,500 because the part was around $1,500 and of course it ... read more
