My experience was as good as I expected from Crest! Robert was more patient than expected with me! Lol! He spent the time to answer all of my questions and quickly handled all concerns! Everyone I talked w in Service and rental was friendly, fun, and on task. Crest Nissan has a good team of people!

Great service.. team suggest services needed or overdue but dont push to do it. The final decision is on the customer. Personnel is very friendly

Great at helping you find what you are looking for and good assistance with finance, did not need to do much haggling to get a good price, but communication after initial buy needs a lot of improvement!!!

Leng took care of me from the moment I arrived, And followed through until the moment I left my service was taken care of expertly by Tyler Golay, and personally followed up with me afterwards. And Bailey finished everything off by taking my money ever so sweetly. Thank you all for the hard work and great service. I was also pleasantly surprised and pleased with the cost! Always a great experience when having my car serviced here! Quick, efficient, and great customer service!! Once I pull my car into the service bay and am greeted by staff I know myself and my car are in good hands!!

Greg in the service department was so nice and accommodating. He knew exactly what I was talking about regarding my repair problem. I highly recommend you ask for him. Crest Nissan made sure my car was well taken care of and fixed the problem . The whole team was superior!!
