I saw the vehicle online, sent a message and within 15 minutes had a deal continent on driving the vehicle. Vehicle was ready for me to see. Deal was good and done within 10 minutes. Waited my turn for finance. In and out of finance and on my way quickly.

Crest Nissan lives to their promise of service excellence. They did my Zac Tek reapplication and replaced a broken passenger side mirror with no labor charge in less time than the promised. They also cleaned the interior and whet the tires. Car looked and smelled great. I know a lot of folks that refuses to have the dealer do work on their car. But Crest Nissan would change their minds. Fast, courteous and pretty good selection of hot beverages!

After making an appt to see a vehicle with Javante Lauderdale, I started reading the reviews online. Some of them concerned me and I almost cancelled. We had great experience at Crest Nissan in Frisco. The sales person Zach , Jimmy and Mike is wonderful. Only finance department is too much.... other then that it’s wonderful.

I was welcomed as soon as I drove in by Ryan. I explained that it was time for our yearly service and we had an Antilock brake unit callback. He asked if there were any other specific problems. I said no. He said they would do there complete yearly service and could replace the Antilock brake unit and it would be completed and ready to go the next day. I received a call the next morning about 9:30 am saying ou Maxima was ready! There were no problems and very professional service!
