I recently had the misfortune of visiting Crest Nissan to purchase my Armada Platinum 2023, and I must say that my experience with their new Car Director and his staff was nothing short of a nightmare. I've been advised to post on Yelp because they reported my Google review and got 1 review bot accounts to push it down. Do not go here, I am a Marine Corps veteran and I don't tell people that and only bring that up for big purchases like a vehicle. My experience with Crest Nissan last month was horrible. I have purchased several vehicles and never have I been forced to purchase after market products. I did not negotiate the selling price but they refused to sell me the car unless I bought LoJack AND the vehicle protection plan. Furthermore the price on the bill of sale for these plans was changed to reflect the cost of $1.00 on the contract! I was very appalled about the behavior of the sales manager. Run or it will cost you, big. Deceptive practice abounds. Dealer Error - $1,500 - They held the keys to my trade-in (so I wouldn't leave) - A hailstorm came through and hit both the new car and the trade-in. o They whisked away the new car and said, "We reviewed it for hail damage and there was none". o Then they didn't bring it back until after dark, so nothing was visible on the black hood or top. - The next day the hail damage was evident. o Now they're asking me to pay $1,500 to fix the dents they caused. THE WORST!!! DO NOT GO TO YHIS DEALERSHIP! I purchased a certified preowned 2020 Pathfinder with 30k miles from Crest on May 6. The car broke down with a bad transmission 8 days later! I have called Crest repeatedly over the past two days and have gotten the runaround. Thier used car sales manager, Oscar, told me I didn't know how to drive the car! beware and bring your calculator ! numbers were off! my husband caught it, we finally agreed verbally, and when my husband went to go get kids, the finance guy came back one hour later and went up on price but I believe 70!!! my husband did not sign contract, we don't have car , but they won't give 2k back so will take this further it's not right ! came local and had a perfect deal same day with better interest rate and professional ! I found a vehicle I wanted to purchase online from this place so I contacted them. They verified that the vehicle was for sale and I could submit a credit application. My wife and I completed the application that day and submitted it. My credit was pulled that night and my wife's was pulled the next morning. Crest Nissan, doing their part to perpetuate the old stereotypes about used cars salesman. I found a 2022 Nissan Frontier I was willing to drive 6 hours from out of state to get. The sales price was listed as $31,757. I made it very clear from the get go that I would not be financing with the dealership. I was told that was fine and they would send me a quote.
