First time Volvo buyer Excellent salesman! No pressure! The salesman let the car speak for itself. I took the test drive. The salesman listened to my concerns and needs and pointed out the features that addressed each issue I had. He didn’t try to over sell, and he didn’t try to hold me captive. He asked about my hesitation with finance with the dealer instead of my credit union, and he worked it out for me.

Excellent Sales and Service This was my first time shopping at Crest Volvo and it was the best decision!!! If you are looking for a great dealership to find your next vehicle you can stop looking. I HIGHLY recommend Crest Volvo, everyone I worked with was beyond great and extremely helpful. I shopped around a few different places and this was by far the best. My first car, the best experience I was a new graduate and just got my driving permit, but I have been into Volvo for pretty long time. I stepped in Crest Volvo alone that day, and when I went out, I have a great friend. Billy did his best to helped me get my first car, do the financing and even let me test drive on real road --it was my first real driving experience and it was so good in that car--the Volvo I'm driving everyday!

XC -90. 2019 Outstanding service and delivery! Negotiations were friendly, respectful and overall competitive pricing for a great new 2019 model XC-90. Recommend these guys for a new car buying experience.
