I've been a Volvo owner for 7 years. It's the best car I've driven. The service is great. I live closer to a Volvo dealer in Dallas but because of the service I receive at Crest I don't mind driving the extra miles.

Excellent and outstanding customer service. This review is for service on January 15. The service representative met me upon my arrival to the dealership and informed me of what servicing to expect and how long the service length would be. The individual was very courteous and made me feel valued as a customer.

I have had such a great experience with this new service center. Everyone is friendly and helpful and always a quick turn around. I have had a much better experience here than my previous experience with the one off 75 and Parker. As a single woman I feel respected and treated equally. They go above and beyond

Excellent service assistant Jordan. The service was Excellent service assistant Jordan. The service was quick and all the other people associated with the dealership were pleasant and knowledgeable . The only qualm is I think the prices are too high but I think that's with every dealership around so all in all excellent review.
