Wonderful experience!!! I was incredibly impressed with the ease of my interactions with everyone at this dealership. The process was absolutely seamless from Douglas in sales to Jeremy in the finance office. Douglas even called me a week later to see if I had any additional questions about the car. First Service Appointment SUCCESS! Last week we needed to take our Volvo S60 in for some work and I have to say from setting up the appointment to driving off with the work done, it was flawless. Barry is the man! I really enjoyed working with Barry when buying my new XC40. He is a great communicator, and he kept me informed of any changes to my delivery date, as well as next steps as the date approached. I went in a few days early to take care of paperwork and financing, and Barry had everything ready for me. Delivery day was quick and efficient. Positive & Easy Purchase Experience Billy and the Volvo team were excellent.
