Purchase of a new car Met with Doug Aaron. Had a very cordial meeting. He was very knowledgeable and professional answering all of our questions. We test drove the car that we were interested in. The car was immaculate. We were given a car fax report showing all the information that we were interested in concerning the history of the car. Efficient & Respectful We’ve shopped for a vehicle for more than two weeks. Crest Volvo was the fifth dealership that we had gone to. I was growing weary. I’m sure that was apparent. Great place to buy a car! Crest Volvo was a great place to buy a car Barry was a low pressure,just showed us the vehicles that we wanted, then brought the price down to where we thought was right before I even said a word. Battery Replacement and Maintanance My daughters car would not start early Friday morning the beginning of Labor Day weekend due to a dead battery and she needed the car on Saturday to drive to Oklahoma. I took it to Crest Volvo in Plano and was fortunate to get Jordan Farmer as my Service Contact. Super informative and friendly My husband and I were looking for a new family car and the help we received from Billy was top notch.
