Brandon from Crest Volvo reached out to me on 4/8 Wednesday afternoon as my lease was coming to to and end in a few months. He told me all the lease specials they were having including the pull ahead program that Volvo offers for their customers which allows them to get into a new vehicle sooner than the lease expiration date. Crest Volvo and my salesperson Brandon made my transition out of my leased 2017 XC60 into a lease of a 2020 XC60 very smooth. Brandon delivered the car to our home and with signing all the papers the whole thing took 30 minutes or less. Brandon has also been responsive to my questions about setting up Volvo On Call since then. All in all, a very smooth experience given the shelter in place restrictions.
