Zaktek plus alignment Excellent... Got everything done in a timely manner & super kind & courteous. Everyone seemed to go above & beyond this time. Having to drive over two hours to & from, we got home at a decent time after this visit. Very appreciative for the effort & consideration.

Seamless and hassle free I met Barry early in the morning. The car I was interested in buying was ready for the test drive immediately. Upon returning, the team quickly assessed my trade-in, and the financing terms were provided quickly. Barry was knowledgeable and accommodating the whole way. Curt Mills took me through all the financing discussions as quickly as possible, and was able to help negotiate a better deal on my behalf. I am already working with Barry to try to find a second Volvo.

Delivering on expectations My experience with Crest Volvo was outstanding. I described to my sales person, Douglas Aaron, how I wanted to navigate the car buying experience (from test drive to price negotiation), and both Douglas and the dealership delivered in every way. I was treated fairly and courteously — to the point I never felt the slightest need to look at other dealers even though those choices were available. Great dealership that does the right thing Went in because we really liked the new XC60. Dealership did a great job of understanding my needs, addressing all my concerns, and finding a way to make the purchase work within my budget. This is our 2nd car from this dealership and they have taken great care of us. Dealership has a great snack area in the waiting room - my kids enjoyed the pastries and snacks offered. Everyone is always so helpful from sales to service to even the porters! Well done all!

Best Car Buying Experience Yahya was great. He met us at the door, listened to what we were looking for, showed us what he thought would be best for us, and was very patient while we decided what we wanted to do. We never felt pressured. Curt was extremely knowledgeable and made the financial portion so easy. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had.
