C70 Service Keith is always helpful and is always trying to find me coupons to lower the service charges, which seem to just go higher, and sadly more frequent on my C70. The service personnel are always friendly and nice. I trust the work done through this service department, but honestly I may have to start looking for cheaper options from now on.

Service Juan Perez, always goes above and beyond to make the whole process go smoothly. Juan has communicated very well and has informed us of the importance in maintaining our vehicle. Crest Volvo is in a class of its own.

First Volvo service appointment I was unsure where to take my XC70 because I bought it out of state. I read a lot of reviews that raved about Juan at Crest and was very glad I gave them a try. Juan took excellent care of me and the car. I had a lot of questions about things I wanted, and Juan got me all the answers I needed. Volvo covers a lot of maintenance for the first 3 years/10k, (and Crest offers a lot on top of that if you buy your car from them) and Juan explained the difference. Great dealership easy to work with and fair sales department was great easy to work with their pricing and very professional. One of the main reasons I purchased my vehicle at Crest Volvo it’s because of the service. The reason I come back because of great service and Great sales experience. Can’t get any Better. If it’s not broken don’t try to fix it. If crest Volvo continues the way they operate now in sales and service they will be very successful.

Great Experience Alycia, provided exceptional service and when she was not there Whitney picked up the task and helped make the deal work for us. We love our 2017, S90 and they delivered it to us as a surprise for my wife. I would recommend CREST and these two ladies to anyone looking for great personal service. Thanks for everything

Service Upon arriving at the Volvo dealership I was greeted by my service rep, Juan. He outlined what was to be done and the time it would take for the service needs. I waited in the customer lounge and had fresh coffee and breakfast pastry. The service was done ahead of schedule and the vehicle was cleaned and ready for the road. Excellent service and dealership.

experience of my car buying with Crest volvo :) I had such a nice experience buying XC 90 from Crest Volvo. At first visit we took an appointment to test drive the vehicle, Billy and Alycia (both are the best) took time to go through all the details about the car, demonstrated about the vehicle and clarified all of my questions. In my second visit we negotiated the price of the car and I really felt i got it for fair market price. Jeremy from finance made financing a car super easy. I highly recommend Crest Volvo.
