Service was second to none. My parents have been long time Volvo owners and as I became of car purchasing age, I to have purchased Volvos. The main reason I have continued my family’s tradition is Volvo service. Lyn Ford is the best service advisor I have ever had. Our daughter was in the hospital and Lyn was helpful and accommodating. Knowledgable sales people We had the Alycia. She was the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever had and I buy a new car every two years. She was able to discuss all features of the car and even press buttons while speaking without looking at what she was pressing. Very impressive! The dealership looks very old inside and not very luxurious but the overall service was good. No pressure Our sales person did not pressure us in the least which is what we appreciated the most. We had a plan before we even walked in to the dealership just in case we were going to experience a high pressured sales pitch but thankfully there was none. My only little issue is they said they would really clean the car...the outside looked great but the inside was just ok
