Great experience at Crest Volvo! My wife and I had been looking at a LOT of different SUV's of various makes at different dealerships. We had our best experience at Crest Volvo compared to all other dealerships we visited. Pleasant negotiations We met Douglas at the dealership, and found out that he was newly employed ( from another business, so maybe he wasn’t destroyed yet? Joking..). In spite of being a new employee he found the answers to our questions. He gave us a pleasant experience, and we really enjoyed working with him.

Great customer care All aspects of buying a new car at Crest Volvo is a pleasant experience. The professionalism shown by all involved is excellent. Alycia was wonderful to work with Wriring reviews is not my forte, but my recent experience warrants a rave. After driving a RX350, MDX and QX 60 & 70 I was a bit discouraged that I would not find the lux/sporty SUV in my price point. XC90 Purchase Douglas Aaron called same day I had submitted an inquiry to Volvo regarding a new 2018 XC 90 purchase. Was able to work with Douglas on getting the exact model, color and with options wanted on a car that was already built and in transit rather than order. Douglas kept me posted on the delivery and was able to close on the car after we returned from vacation.
