Great Salesman, Great Service! I have purchased two Volvo's from Crest (a 2010 XC60 and 2018 XC60). I have had the same salesman and service specialist throughout the years. Barry Pinlac is a perfect salesman! He is not pushy, has kept in touch with me yearly and when I decided to trade in my 2010 for a 2018 he knew exactly what I wanted in a new car and didn't try to upsell me on anything. An excellent trip to the dealer Under warranty our Volvo was having some issues we needed it taken in for. There was no wait when bringing our car in we were immediately greeted by the service technician who listened to all of our issues. The loan car provided was a full size SUV however I was to tall to fit in so they changed to an SUV that suited me. The XC90 we had on loan was very nice almost as nice as ours. Smooth This was one of the smoothest closing for a new car, we were looking for a different luxry SUV but once we test drove XC90 it blew our mind, best family car from all perspectives including Comfort, ease of drive and top notch safety which cannot be beaten by any other car manufacturer. Great experience on our purchase I had purchased a 2017 xc60 last year. It was not the right vehicle for me. Looked at the 2018 xc60 T6 and worked with Renato to build a great deal in our trade. He was knowledgeable and professional. A pleasure to work with.
