Excellent customer service. Barry confirmed a trade in value for me prior to my arrival. I drove over two hours to purchase from Crest. It was late and due to my long drive home they offered to send someone to my home for the paperwork to be done the next business day so my mother and I could get home before midnight. I wanted a few changes to the car so they also offered to have someone bring me a loaner car and take mine back to the dealership. Everyone I came in contact with was kind and respectful.
