Being my first visit to Crest Volvo in Plano was a very positive experience. Having recently moved to McKinney, I chose Crest due to location versus my dealer of the last 7 years, Park Place Volvo. This was by far the best experience I’ve had largely in part due to my service advisor David Bulkeley.

Lyn Ford is tops Lyn works to ensue everything is in order, and Lyn is courteous, smart, and always makes sure everything is taken care of with my car. Also, all the service people are professional beginning with the person who greets me.

Sales team was great! Barry was helpful for arranging test drive and buying process and he was super nice. Also Rico was very informative and kindly answered all my questions. Even he had someone from tech showed me all key functions before I left which was really helpful. Buying experience at Crest Volvo was great and I am expecting customer service for maintenance will be great as my buying experience as well.

My service advisor Lyn is truly amazing at his job. His customer service far exceeds a 10 and always has. He is Volvo's poster child! His service team continues to take excellent care of my car. It is a beautiful one indeed. I never question Lyn to what other services need to be taken care of because the level of trust is there. Service at Crest Volvo is exceptional. I have an S60 and XC60, and bring them in for all of my maintenance needs. My service advisor never tries to oversell, just what I need, when I need it.

Went for annual service and state inspection. Completed in about 75 minutes while I waited. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Waiting room is old and tired but coffee and snacks were great. Anxiously waiting for new facility in Frisco.
