Good sales but disappointing service The sales experience was fine. However, the service after the sale was disappointing. I had to contact them after the sale to get my car serviced & had to take it back 3 times for them to get it right.

You have one employee who made me happy. Len Ford was friendly and efficient. Because of HIM (only) I'm not saying that the dealership sucks. Except for Len Ford I have nothing good to say.

Great service! Had a great experience purchasing a new XC60! Everyone at Crest Volvo was so helpful! Best experience so far with purchasing a car! When walking into the dealership, Yahya greeted us with a friendly face. He was not pushy, just considerate and helpful. We test drove the car and pretty quickly knew we wanted it. There was no haggling back and forth for a decent price, we were given a decent price! Very thankful for the great, time efficient experience!

Amazing team! I have always received great service here. My advisor is Lyn Ford. I pass another Volvo dealer on my way to and from work everyday. It's well worth the drive and extra effort to come here. I always have a great customer experience while my car gets the best service.
