James Munroe has been great! I am a four time Porsche and my wife and I were looking for an SUV. We stopped at Crest to look at Volvos, and in the process met James. He sold us on himself and Volvo, and worked very hard to get us the deal we accepted. Kudos to James; you are lucky to have him. Were I not retired and looking to hire a saleperson, I'd be after him.

Painless car buying experience Working with Alycia was one of the most enjoyable pressure free experiences i've had in a long time. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and highly efficient. I was out of the door in less than an hour and a half, just as I requested. Whitney in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. Again, very knowledgeable, efficient, and extremly helpful with providing great financing options.

Fabulous Service at Crest Volvo As my husband likes to tell people, I went in for an oil change and came home with a new car. Danny Cervantes made it way too easy to buy my new S60. Wonderful experience! I researched several hybrid autos online and stopped in at Crest Volvo on my way to test drive another vehicle. Needless to say, Alycia and Volvo wowed me! I called my husband to say "I think I've found my new car!". When he came the next day to drive the car, Alycia rearranged her schedule to meet our schedule and then made herself available to answer questions.. We couldn't be more pleased.
