Excellent customer service We loved this dealership & all the employees we met. We really felt like that we mattered to them. Jimmy went “over & beyond” to make us happy & to feel at home. Since my wife & I are both over 65, I was especially impressed that we were treated with kindness & respect. We found out that Jimmy was also from the pineywoods of East Texas. Warranty /Service David Bulkeley is consistency on point with my concerns, my schedule and time and my needs. I appreciate his attention to detail. I have had issues with AC / Heat since purchase and David has been documenting and investigating to determine cause and find a fix. There was also an issue with the clear coat on right front bumper that he was able to resolve.

Excellent service Volvo offers excellent and friendly service. The location and facilities are not as desirable. It is hard to get to from 75 and the lot and buildings are very dated and need a refresh and new asphalt/concrete. They do have a nice waiting area.

Customer Friendly Dealership is customer friendly and Barry is helpful. I guess new location coming in March 2020 will improve it further. Would love to see better ambience with new location.

Great Experience Crest Volvo made it so easy to buy a new car, they had everything ready before I even drove down to their location, I was in and out within an hour which was great because I have definitely spent 3-4 hours at other dealerships and wasted a whole day while driving away in the same vehicle I showed up in.
