Good buying experience with acceptable pricing Barry was very responsive to my online info request as well as my next day visit. The dealership GM was personally involved in the deal and the finance department secured my first car loan in 25 years at a very attractive rate. The delivery experience was also very pleasant. My only request for improvement would be for more complete user manuals to explain details of the features and how to get the best from the car
Overall great experience Obvioulsy the facilitets arerun down, outdated and not on par with a premium brand but I know Volvo is biodling a New facility in Frisco
Crest is the best I found this great car online and was driving it four days later. Billy Delgado is the best!!! He even helps you with questions after the sale. Always very pleasant and did whatever he could do to make sure I had the best deal possible on my car. I would recommend Crest to anyone and I will be back!!!
