Yahya Asgharnia, the salesman who helped us with our recent purchase of a Volvo XC60, could not have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we reviewed different Volvo models. As with one of the earlier reviewers on this site, I entered the dealership after several negative experiences at other car dealerships and concede that my attitude was quite negative and defensive from the beginning. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Yahya Asgharnia. I expected a high pressure sales representative due to my previous experiences at other car dealerships but to my surprise this was not the case at all. Yahya was very friendly and genuinely helpful. Great experience with Yahya, you should ask for him if you are going into the dealership and want a pressure-free experience with a knowledgeable employee. We had already driven an XC60 a couple of months earlier and knew we loved them, it just came down to finding the right one at the right price. Yahya made our car buying experience fun and painless. He was attuned to our needs, knew we were looking at another brand of similar price, and did what he could to make us unable to refuse a new Volvo! He was also very kind to me because I'm a teacher.
