Professional Very professional and mindful of all my questions and concerns. Even offered to shuttle me to a restaurant while waiting as I had not eaten. I opted for the complimentary breakfast bar. David was wonderful and made me aware of the complimentary hand car wash always available during service hours as well.

Not a painful experience You expect car buying to be tedious but I wasn’t bad at crest volvo. I spoke to Barry earlier in the day and he had the car ready and warm for me when I arrived. He also stayed late until I was done. When I had a concern with my car, he immediately addressed it. The only thing I don’t like is how long it took to finalize the deal. Professional knowledgeable courteous This is the second car I purchased from Barry. The first was totaled in a head on collision. Thank god for Volvo’s superior steel frame. Barry is top notch, very courteous and professional. Highly recommend him and a Volvo for your children.
10000 miles maintenance The whole experience from booking the service on line and finishing the service is very good. I will definitely go to this place again for the services and repairs.
Service from David Knowledgable, upfront, help me decision crictial issues versus those that can wait, no pressure, nice comfortable waiting areas. David communicated with me throughout the entire process and at the end came under the original estimate that was provided. I was already a Volvo customer for life, I’ll never go anywhere else to have any service completed again.
Great Experience My wife got in a car wreck a couple of weeks ago. We loved our Volvo and how safe it was. We wanted to get something that would allow our family to grow. Having 2 kids already, we of course have a budget that we need to stick to. We cam to Crest Volvo and started working with Barry to get a new vehicle. We told Barry our budget and he worked diligently to get us the best deal that would fit within our budget. After a couple of hours, we had purchased a 2016 XC90 and we love the car!
