HAPPINESS As always Jeremy is polite, kind not pushy. He is very professional, attentative, detail oriented and he made me feel comfortable with my car purchase. I am very happy with my new purchase. Great experience My wife and I had a great experience buying a new car here at Volvo of Dallas. Mr. Asgharnia is very nice, friendly and patient with us. They helped us a lot with our lease and the whole process is quite transparent. No sneaky tricks and plays like other dealership usually does. best ever I came for an oil change. Found out I needed more work and made an appointment for the next week. Got worried and went back the next day with no appointment and was taken care of with no hassles. Good price also. Less than quote.
Used XC60 My wife and I came in looking and left with a new car. I have never been so well taken care of at a dealership. Yahya was so kind and gracious and made the whole experience pleasurable. Great dealership, very nice! As soon as we pulled into the Volvo of Dallas parking lot, Yaya was there to greet us with a smile. From that point on, he made us feel very welcome, as did Barry and Chris. They worked with us on the deal that we wanted and we left with a smile on our face!
