My experience at Volvo of Dallas was great. I called ahead about test driving a Volvo S80 and when I arrived I was greeted by Yahya Asgharnia who had the car ready. He was very friendly and assisted every step of the way with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable of the product and personable as well. Yahya is very friendly and truly cares about making sure that you are happy. He is one of the few salespeople that digs deeper to make sure that the vehicle is right for you, versus just being interested in a sale. I had one of the best sales experiences I have ever had here and it was very quick and easy. I will definitely return to this dealership for another vehicle.
My husband and I actually came in the dealership to just"look", but dealing with Yahya we ended up leaving with a great convertible at a great price. A big thank you to the sales manager and the whole team!
On first visit purchased a 2013 Volvo XC-60 through the Costco referral program. Buying your first car can be a very intimidating experience, but the staff was extremely accommodating. Pedro was very down to earth and helped me pick out the perfect car, a 2010 Mercedes C300. Matt guided me through the financing paper work and made it very easy to understand exactly what I was signing. All in all it was a great experience, and I plan on referring all of my friends and family to Volvo of Dallas.
Volvo of Dallas goes above and beyond. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle for my mother and hell bent on MB or Lexus and the snoody sales staff basically forced me to head over to Volvo. Upon meeting Dustin, he drilled into the car we needed and didn't waste time -a demo S60. This is a lost skill in car sales and one that should attract anyone looking for luxury vehicle.
