This is my second time working with the service department. Both times they were courteous, helpful and communicative. I was never left guessing when it would be done or what was being done. I have always been offered a loaner car. Thank you Lyn and Michael!

Good customer service. Go out of their way to make sure you are satified with the quality of service you receive. Always make sure that you have a quality loaner car when you have to leave your vehicle. Always return your vehicle washed and extremely clean.

I have serviced my Volvo at Volvo of Dallas for 10 years. Lynn Ford has always gone out of his way to insure my satisfaction with the quality of service, with the value for the service provided and with the convenience and time expenditure, while the car is being seviced. Lynn explains in detail what is required in service and maintenance. If there are any questions or concerns, he addresses those directly and promptly.

Great overall experience. Walked into the door with Great overall experience. Walked into the door with what I had in mind and the staff actually LISTENED. It is amazing that I have to type that, but with how some dealerships operate - it was a pleasant change of pace. After a few visits, they put me into a used car of my liking for the price I could afford. Fast, friendly, respectable. I never once felt pressured at any step in the purchase. HIGHLY recommended. I will be going back for my next purchase.

I bidded on used Acura on Ebay and was the highest bidder but reserve was not met. Chris contacted me after car expired on Ebay and we agreed upon a fair price. I live in San Antonio and it is a 5 hour drive to dealership so I asked a lot of questions about vehicle because I did not want to waste a 10 hour roundtrip to look at a vehicle that was not as advertised. Lyn Ford is exceptional when it comes to servicing my Volvo S60 (and the S80 before that). He has time and time again given above and beyond customer service to us. Not only has he provided capable advice for over 10 years, he is also genuinely interested in seeing that I have the best possible service of anyone there. Lyn Ford has consistently given good advice and service above and beyond the norm. He helps me make sure that my car is well maintained without recommending unnecessary services. He is always willing to help or to answer questions. Even called me on his day off to give me a status report on some repairs.
