The service on my Volvo V60 was excellent. However the cost to do service at a Volvo dealer ship costs an arm and a leg. The after market parts pricing must be 2 to 4 times the OEM price.

I purchased a 2018 Volvo S90 from Crest Volvo in 2018. Every time it rained, water entered the passenger footwell. I took the car in every year to have the issue resolved. For the first year, they could not replicate the issue. While Crest spent many dollars trying to fix the issue, water continued to enter the car. Bought a used car on 1/5/2022. Make sure you check every details of the car before you buy because their take on inspecting the car for safety is not up to par. Their mechanics will only replace car oil and not inspect other safety things. My car tire was on wrong which caused the car to pull right where it's not safe to drive until issue is resolved. I've tried to avoid writing a review but they've pushed me to it. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We went in in April looking fo a car and met with Jimmy Crosby. He was friendly enough but when we decided to order a car instead, he all of a sudden became too good to help us, sayin he "got promoted." After dealer check the battery issue, it still shows low battery on the dashboard. They said it was inspected and everything okay but it still shows low battery again in next day but the engine start normally. This battery is less than 1 year old battery.

Daniel Pinieros from Crest contacted me last week because Volvo sold my info to them. Emailed him to stop. Opted out of the automated messages they began sending. He continued to call and email after I told him no yet again. Just received yet another call from this guy. Don't make any inquiry about Volvo or your info will be sold to Crest and they will harass you again and again. This is why I only do business with Park Place Volvo.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Can't see to get anyone in service to return a call. Have left messages with reception and still no return call and this isn't the first time. Seems every service advisor we get, they leave Crest. I was hoping when the dealership moved to Frisco things would change -- that hasn't happened yet. If I end having to take my vehicle to Sewell (where I have previously bought two vehicles) that is where I will buy my next Volvo not Crest. I truly don't believe asking for a return call is too much to ask.

People should be friendlier. Smiles shouldn’t be so scarce, masks or no masks. There was an employee spoken to disrespectfully in front of me.

Not good this time The car is worse then when I brought it in. After brake work and $1700.00 on the drive had a shimmering in the front end
