The service has gotten progressively worse in the last few times I’ve taken my car here. From lack of communication to no detailing I’ve become disappointed from where we started to where we’ve come. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. I texted and tried to communicate with the service advisor to no avail. I had to call the next day to check on the status of my car and go find out it was ready for pick up.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Crest Volvo has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. My vehicle has been in four separate times for the same unresolved issue, and every time I’m told it’s just a “software problem.” No real diagnostics, no resolution, just empty excuses. Meanwhile, the issue continues to compromise the safety and reliability of my car. The worst part? I had something stolen from my car during a service. My service manager Mark was great, but nothing was done or offered to remedy the missing item. I notified immediately after entering my car after pickup

Not so efficient in the contact and phone service. Need to pick up and return phone calls more frequently

The mechanic not only unset our presets for the drivers seat, the seat is raised to the highest position and I cannot figure out how to get it back to the lower position. . I have mobility issues and it was very difficult for me to get in and out of my car today. So I ask WHY was the seat moved anyway except front to back for longer legs than mine??? Even the mirror positions were messed up!

Initial service was good and efficient, however, oil plug was not put back in properly which caused oil to leak all over my garage and require my car to be towed in two days after service to have the issue addressed. Bryce himself was very professional and when the issue occurred he was quick to take care of the issue and get my car back to me so I wasn't inconvenienced any longer than I had to be.

I sent a review 2X & got no response. Was told service would take 4-5 hours. Left car at 11 AM on Friday to pick up the next morning. Got there at 10 on Saturday and 0 had been done. Requested service was inspection, tire rotation & sealant reapplication. When I got there on Saturday I was told nothing had been done. Lyn had turned service of my car over to Mark.
