There is no other Volvo dealer in America I would prefer to deal with, from the always exhuberant greeting at the front desk, the sales team is tops, and service (many years) after the sale is top notch. There is nobody in the auto service industry like Superman Steve Walker. Whenever I have a question about my old 240, Steve is my "go-to" man here in the U.S.A.

Being a Latino male myself, I find it very disrespectful to my people when idiots like the one below blame everything on being a Latino. That is just a cop out. I am proud to say that a real Latino male makes things happen and not use excuses. I went ot this dealership and they were very friendly and helpful. Well at least the sales and business manager was. The sales manager seemed like an ass but luckily I never spoke to him. Overal I had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

Had an appt, they had my car for 2 days and still didn't even diagnose it. I had told them when I booked the appt that I dont live in the area but am back weekly. They wouldn't let me take a loaner our of DFW so I had to pick my car up without it being worked on and fixed.

After getting my car back and reviewing my receipt at home, I noticed a service I hadn’t booked was added to my bill. When I arrived for my appointment, I was briefly shown an iPad and told, “this is what your appointment was for,” which was misleading. My appointment was for the 100k CREST VOLVO BASIC service, which does not include “Replace Cabin Filter w/ Natural Odor Eliminator.” That service was subtly added without it being highlighted. Making appointment is easy. Can develop proces to keep customer better informed about the process. Also, the maintenance items are expensive. And there is not diagnosis of the battery deterioration. I have mentioned this each time when I come to service, but receive no updates or options for replacing the battery. Dont buy Volvo EVs they deteriorate very fast!!

The services provided was fine but I didn't get any updates while tge services were performed. I had to go back to the dealership to find out status and make sure my car will be ready that day. I had also left a phone message last week for the service rep to contact me on what my warranty includes but I never received a call and had to call back the dealership a couple days later

Questionable whether we would recommend service- I have a friend with a xc6 and they seem to like Lyn. Bryce is our normal service advisor but was out. There was a double charge for spark plugs on our bill and when I called it to Marks attention the bill was updated and the $111 for duplicate spark plugs removed but then on the revised bill an additional $120.54 was added to the first line. Really disappointed with Volvo. I visited for a 10,000-mile service and a warranty repair for the sunroof molding. After the service, while driving home, the undercover plate fell off on the highway.

I had paint protection applied to my car at your service center last week. Since then my daughter and I have noticed an unpleasant smell inside the vehicle, which seems related to trapped moisture. Later, I discovered moisture under the floor mat, suggesting that the mat may have been placed back into the car while still wet after washing. This is not only uncomfortable but also unhealthy. Please ensure more care is taken in the future to avoid such issues.
