As a family member, I am appalled by how this facility treats people who come in during a mental health crisis. Instead of care, compassion, or professionalism, patients are met with disrespect, intimidation, and neglect. Basic patient rights were ignored, communication was withheld, and staff behavior was unprofessional and cruel. This was not therapeutic — it was traumatizing. These are not minor issues and should not be ignored. I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere until a full investigation and corrective action are taken.

Awful staff, if you are dealing with mental health issues, this is not the place to go.
This place is horrible! The way they treat the people who walk through those doors is absolutely disgusting! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED!!!! ANYONE WHO WORKS HERE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED! Please don’t send any of your loved ones or even friends here if you care about their well being!!!
It’s so sad how they have treated many patients, this place needs to be investigated and shut down, I do not recommend getting care of any sort here…. A living nightmare.
