Took a patient in without POA’s consent. Now they are trying to tell us it will be a week or two before we can get her out?? No communication with the family until I started calling and raising hell. Don’t ever go here. Don’t ever let your family go here. This was a true nightmare when my family member was sent here. During the week he was there he was attacked by another patient who tried to choke him to death. There’s is no separation for people who have anxiety and depression from people with severe psychosis. I had a male staff member touch me sexually several times, I asked him to stop but he always came into my room when I would shower. They locked us in our rooms every night. It took them 3 days almost to get my digestive mess so for 3 days I couldn't eat food. I felt worse being there then I did when I came in. I just wish I had been successful in my attempt I made while in the facility (staff didn't notice my attempt or my ability to cause self harm) 0/10 wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

This place is nothing but a place just to get money. I was called a faggot by staff. They are very mean and lowdown to the patients. These folks are so trash. they don't give you enough food to eat. The therapist aint worth a damn. they are very homophobic. they don't care. they are so unprofessional. If I ever see one of these folks. it's going down
they take away ur rights. they lie to get you in and as soon as u try to leave when you DNT feel that u want their service they hold you against your well. the Dr avoids talking to you even when u have sign the paperwork to be able to discuss your child's treatment. they lie to the patients and they DNT acknowledge people religious beliefs. and all this is when you come in on your own free will. it's like going to jail. you get a 3 min call no visits from your family...and you never know when your gona leave.
