they take away ur rights. they lie to get you in and as soon as u try to leave when you DNT feel that u want their service they hold you against your well. the Dr avoids talking to you even when u have sign the paperwork to be able to discuss your child's treatment. they lie to the patients and they DNT acknowledge people religious beliefs. and all this is when you come in on your own free will. it's like going to jail. you get a 3 min call no visits from your family...and you never know when your gona leave. Unfortunately they’re not recognizing or addressing anything, they’re all about money. 72 hours for your insurance to pay whatever. The patient (my family member didn’t)rarely speak to a psychiatrist, a therapist once. No individual counseling or group session. He was just in his room room all day and if they become to anxious they give them a shot, my family member called all day for 3 days and the only positive was the meals. You are not treated as a patient, you are treated as an inmate at Crestwyn. Rarely do you see a doctor or therapist. Their only goal is to sedate the inmates so they don’t have to actually help them recover. Stay away!

This place needs to be shut down!!!! They all talk sweet on the phone but its all fake. They throw people in shower stalls and spary them with a water hose. Give you enamas to cause you to use the bathroom on your self to use it against you. Make you wear diapers and lock your bathroom door. Tell you what and what not to say to your family if you get to talk to them at all. Nobody calls you back if your the family member that leaves their number multiple times. This place is awful my daughter was abused there this morning and the staff tried to cover it up.

The staff is borderline NEGLECTIVE. I was told by my doctor that the reason I was sucidal wasn’t vaild. I was immediately prescribed medication before even seeing a doctor. My therapist seemed annoyed with me talking. It’s an overall shithole.
