My service rep. Erika at the Germantown location always keeps me in the know when I take my car in for service. Criswell dealerships has been my service centers since I bought my 2010 Dodge Journey, then my 2017 Nissan Murano, now they are serving my 2019 Nissan Altima. Their dealerships are always clean. Their staff are always very professional.
