I was very satisfied with my experience at Criswell Nissan. My sales agent, Sam T., went out of his way to make sure I was completely happy every step of the way and made this process enjoyable. The staff at Criswell Nissan was very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Wow, Sam did an amazing job from beginning to end of the sale. When i pulled in the parking lot i saw Sam in his office, and when i get out of the car Sam was waiting for me outside of the door. I found that absolutely incredible but that is not all. I came in with my 3 year old son who is not very still, Sam kept his Cool with him every step of the way and did not seem annoyed at all. Sam is very knowledgeable, informative, patient and helpful. From the parking lot to the showroom, Superb customer service was in place. Sam greeted and was very knowledgeable in providing needed information in seeking a car to fit" my style and taste". Sam made shopping for a car much easier than expected. Sales, customer service, and Criswell is a perfect combination in a highly competitive auto market.
