I used to live in Rockville and I would take my Nissan in for service at the Nissan dealer there. I dreaded even getting an oil change. The service consultants were rude and it always took forever! Visited on 6/26 and met with Sam. I had already found the car I wanted online and just needed to see it in person and drive it. Sam made the entire experience most enjoyable! I also had a very good, relaxed experience with Krystie to arrange the financing. She was very helpful and we arranged everything to my liking. A Super experience all-around.
