I was frustrated trying to find a particular Nissan that I had been looking for, and a day after one arrived at Criswell Nissan in Germantown, I contacted them to see if it was available. I got a response back right away saying it was, so I told them what I wanted to pay, and they agreed. My recent experience in purchasing a 2015 Altima was probably the most pleasant I have experienced. I have owned 18 cars! I have dealt with Criswell in the past for service on my Maxima, and my wife bought a 2012 Altima there. All of my experiences have been top notch.
