RecommendedDr. Leyendecker and her staff go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and animal care. I have taken my fur babies to them for YEARS and will continue to do so because they are so friendly AND knowledgeable. I love that they have so many resources to take care of a variety of needs and that I can pick up prescription diet food too. Super convenient! Excellent Dr. Her years of experience gives me the confidence to take my beloved dog, Mandy, with her. She knows exactly what she is doing.
We rescued three puppies and the doctor was so awesome today! Having never had puppies, we had lots of questions and she was very patient with us. We also had our first dog there about 4-5 years ago and loved the staff and the place. Very happy with this place!
Dr. Leyendecker and her staff are wonderful. She cares deeply for her patients and is their biggest advocate. I waited a while as a walk in because it was so packed but so grateful she was able to still make time and see my furbaby. She sacrified her lunch hour to tend to her patients and their needs. That speaks volumes of her work ethic. The service my pet and I received was worth the wait.
Absolutely love how this clinic functions! The doctors are so knowledgeable in regards to diagnosis and they explain the diagnosis or possible diagnosis to you thoroughly. The staff is so patient and caring that they take the time to put your safety and your pets safety by giving you the option of curbside, waiting in your vehicle until you are up next or waiting in the lobby/cat room to reduce covid exposure. Only place I’d ever take my babies to in Laredo. I’ve had to take all 5 of my babies for their routine check ups (and a couple emergencies) and I have always been treated with respect and attentiveness.
This is, by far, the best clinic in Laredo. All doctors are amazing and knowledgeable, which is all we can hope. All of my fur babies have gotten neutered and spayed here and have all been successful surgeries. The best care in Laredo from the best doctors. Also, all technicians and receptionists are amazing. The most hard working team. Really enjoy my visits to critter care.
The facility is clean and well maintained! The staff does their best to attend to everyone even walk ins! There may be a bit of a wait but they still take you in! Love the doctors and the staff! My kiddos will go nowhere else.
Critter Care Veterinary Clinic is by far the best Vet clinic in Laredo! The staff and Doctors have all the knowledge to help the pets that come into their clinic feel better and live a longer and healthier life. and the friendly receptionists are great at making appointments and helping anyone with questions even over the phone.
