Everyone is nice and trys their best to help work around my schedule. I have 3 children and I babysit through the week so it makes it hard to get in most time's. They always make sure I get the proper treatment that is needed. Thank You All. My family and I appreciate you.
The cross roads Treatment center is an excellent facility and they genuinely care about your sobriety.I would recommend this place to anyone in need
Went to my office appointment, took the drug test, saw the doctor and because I am allergic to suboxone, said he couldn't help me and find a methadone clinic, didn't give a shit, billed my insurance for nothing. You think you would have a back up for people who can't take suboxone, wouldn't even prescribe anything to help with withdrawal symptoms. What a waste of time, easy bucks for them.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I've been to the office twice for two different appointments and still have not had an appointment because they told me the first time that I was going to be there for several hours and then the next time the the doctor was running behind and she said it could have been 3 hours until I was seen. I have a 6 month old baby and things to do I can't spend my day sitting there all day across roads because there's no staff or staff doesn't know what they're doing I don't know what the problem is... read more
