I had a hard time calling in. It kept saying the Zoom page was unavailable and I missed the time for my appointment and had to schedule one an hour later. Same problem....I think the address that was sent to me had a couple of letters missing. Or.... it could have been me doing something wrong. 🤨

Multiple reasons. You have changed my doctor on me after i specifically requested to stay with him. And was told i wpuld nd it shouldnt be a problem. As of a month and a half ago they stopped scheduling me on the xay and time that was best for me and pretty much put me in opposite time slot. Dr. told me there would be no problem doing prior auth for me because the generic make me sick but got two deny letters and what he told me was not the truth. My phone number was wrong in the computer. Now I dont know when my next appointment is bcuz it was sent to the wrong number.
