Doctor is always pleasant just wish there wasn’t such a wait to get in to see her when at the office total appointment takes over an hour an half I have a hour and fifteen minute drive each way

i go to mckeesport office my appt was rescheduled to altoona telemedicine bc of this, well i sat in the virtual waiting room for 2 hours exactly and when i finally had my appt the doctor was extremely rude to me!

My appointment was for 11:30 and I didn’t get out of there till almost 12:45…….there is always a wait…..but over an hour is to much. If it only happened once or twice it wouldn’t be that bad but it’s every visit……

I had to wait over 2 hours to be seen….there were 12 people before me. People with kids crying….. Last time I had to wait 1 1/2 hours….. they said one day people had to wait close to 5 hours…….no reason for this type of wait!!

I’ve already left numerous reviews already in the past about Crossroads Altoona office - I’ve had 2 experiences now where I show up to my appointment on time then I wait at least 2-3 hours to even be seen by the doctor, if I’m even lucky enough to see the doc, every appointment. Then the one staff member switched me out of nowhere to do a tele-health appt. on zoom to see the doctor and then I was never even seen by a doctor after waiting on tele-health zoom for more than 2 hours. The staff at the Altoona treatment facility is rude. They blamed me for failing a drug test and announced it to everyone there making me feel embarrassed.so they changed my appointment. Which I knew it was impossible that I failed.. I talked to the doctor he said I didn’t fail he didn’t know why they said that. So literally they had made a big deal saying I failed a drug test an all of that. Everyone heard it, everyone seen it. It took about an hour and a half for me to see the doctor and had to talk to 2 different nurses/techs before that and the doctor I saw was very poor and I felt extremely judged. Which this isn’t a typical experience I usually have from this place. The waiting was beyond ridiculous…especially when you show up on time for your appointment or are early and don’t cause any problems.

There was only one patient in the office when I went in and I still had to wait over an hour to be seen.....very frustrating.....
