My doctor, Vasil, was to give me a full month or close to it script, I picked up my script for eleven days and then got an appointment reminder for eleven days and I’m not happy about it. I called in and nobody seemed to be able to do anything even though I’ve done my 4 drug tests in a row and I had a false positive that I proved by my doctor that sent paperwork, telling that this medication could cause false positives. I can’t hook up to the Tele-Visits and I have to go to the office every 3 weeks. When I click on the address it tells me the safari is not available. I’m not sure why I have this problem but it is an inconvenience. I’m always clean when I get tested....do I have to go every 3 weeks?

Other than laat time when my script wasnt sent in because i was marked as a no show and had to call a 1800 number and email ars and message because there is no regular number or way to reach them...Dr. Vasil is Great not judgemental no bullshit. I can't lie i got Real type comfprtable.with the Tele visits, So simple in and out no contact with other people, no risk and so much easier with My three Young'ns.

John vasil is an incompetent fool! He knows nothing about addiction! I wouldn't send my dog there. He's going to end up killing somebody if he already hasn't. I recommend staying away from Crossroads there's other doctors out there that actually care!

I never got to see anyone due to not having my actual I.D. see my car was demolished the evening before my appointment and I.D and phone was still in my car and was not allowed to get anything from me vehicle!! But I went online and paid for an new I.Dand had a printout that clearly stated that it is avalid form of identification until my new one arrived in the mail.
