I have to go to a different Psychiatrist because I don’t meet the criteria which I have no idea what specific criteria a person going through the mental problems that I’m going through is supposed to meet so the only thing that Cross Roads is going to take care of is my supplicate shot

This is the 2nd visit where it’s been nearly a week after my appointment and the script team has yet to send my medication to the pharmacy!! First time it was more than a week, this time I have no idea how long it will take but it’s already been almost a week! I see Crossroads for other medical reasons and NEVER have this issue, but I call constantly and I don’t have any time to sit on hold for hours chasing people down to make sure they send my script.
