Due to recent job change, I work Monday they Saturday, only day I have off is sundays. I had to have my clinic/ provider switch my appointments to sundays. I get monthly prescriptions due to roughly 20 some odd clean drug screens! I come once a month, and honestly I never had problems besides how long it took at my appointment! But last months appointment there was issues with doctors being low staffed and it took 3 and a half hours to get in the office, and seen by the doctor! Everyone that works at the Conniville office help with a lot the listen to u help my telling u that u can do this and they don’t act like u are nobody they make u feel better No that one doctor down in Charleroi area think you better have a talk with her I don’t wanna say no names but she throws people out there she looks at them because they fell off a few times they have a couple issues that they’re still try to fight the Damon and she just gets rid of them and the one person that she got rid of went out but hair went and ... read more

I had submitted a bad review last month due to poor practices from the front desk associate. I was happy to hear back and that they actually followed up on how they can improve. So a shitty experience turned into a learning experinece which is what I wanted. This place saved me 3 years ago, without the treatment who knows where i would be. Everyone wants to talk down on ppl that seek treatment so it's "damned if you do damned if you don't" situation. I had a scheduled appointment on Sunday, October 24, drove to the appointment center, the doctor was not there and they canceled my appointment. No phone call no text message or anything. I am totally out of medication . So I’m not doing good

I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hrs before I seen the doctor. I’m a monthly patient now, but last 2 appointments, had to come back in 20 days, because I work til 6 pm and I was told doctor won’t be there that late a month from now.

my appointment time was for 510pm in your connellsville office and wasnt seen by doctor until around 630pm.. why are we having to go in to office if the dr doesnt even have to? worst visit ive ever had

It took me an hour and a half to see the doctor i understand doctors get busy and you have to wait a little bit but my appointment was for 6:24 pm I got in I think 10 mins early and sat there waiting waiters more the. An hour I sat there for an hour and a half. And not only I had to explain my situation going on with a death close to me not once but twice. There was an hour and a half wait to be seen by the Dr. and then I was told I would be able to go to 28days. Instead I was told 28days and given enough medicine for 14days. A real shit show.
