I had submitted a bad review last month due to poor practices from the front desk associate. I was happy to hear back and that they actually followed up on how they can improve. So a shitty experience turned into a learning experinece which is what I wanted. This place saved me 3 years ago, without the treatment who knows where i would be. Everyone wants to talk down on ppl that seek treatment so it's "damned if you do damned if you don't" situation. I had a scheduled appointment on Sunday, October 24, drove to the appointment center, the doctor was not there and they canceled my appointment. No phone call no text message or anything. I am totally out of medication . So I’m not doing good

I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hrs before I seen the doctor. I’m a monthly patient now, but last 2 appointments, had to come back in 20 days, because I work til 6 pm and I was told doctor won’t be there that late a month from now.

It took me an hour and a half to see the doctor i understand doctors get busy and you have to wait a little bit but my appointment was for 6:24 pm I got in I think 10 mins early and sat there waiting waiters more the. An hour I sat there for an hour and a half. And not only I had to explain my situation going on with a death close to me not once but twice. There was an hour and a half wait to be seen by the Dr. and then I was told I would be able to go to 28days. Instead I was told 28days and given enough medicine for 14days. A real shit show.
