This place was great at first but now it is absolutely horrible to go here. I have problems every month. Two different doctors wrote my prescription wrong multiple times because they think they are above us and don’t want to listen to anything we say. Now I go through complete hell every month with my insurance because of this. Crossroads say they can’t write prescriptions for more than 28 days however the insurance won’t pre-auth them until every 30 days. Nobody is in sync and when you call everyone has a different story. I was scheduled for a tele visit on 12/09/20. I even have the text message as proof. But I waited and waited in the online chat and no one showed up. So I called and was told to come in! I was scheduled for a tele health over zoom visit not a visit in the office so I waited in the chat room some more after preaching to the secretary that how do you expect me to come to the Connellsville office which is about 40 minutes from me without a notice? Was a good place to go. Keyword: WAS. The last 3 months have been absolutely ridiculous. DO AWAY WITH CALL CENTER AND PUT PHONES DIRECTLY TO OFFICE IN CASE THERE ARE PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!! Constantly problems with the stupid e-scripts!! PAPER! PAPER!! PAPER!!! My prescription has been messed up the last 3 months because the doctors don’t know what they are doing. (Some. Not all.) Both the newer doctors and nurses/receptionist are horrible. The older ones were great.
