The staff is amazing and go out of their way to treat you as a human being. The DON has gone out of her way many, many ways to help me after having surgery and recently my counselor realized the ball was dropped by my previous counselor no longer there. I should have been phased up but I wasn’t so they got me phased up instead of making me wait a year.This would have affected my new job. Pretty much all the staff are caring and I’m so glad I moved there from my other clinic.

Great staff! They provide personal attention and genuinely seem to care about my wellbeing. I pay out of pocket so it would be better if you accepted Blue Cross. I hope the out-of-pocket rates do not increase! I have been at this location since it opened and am on my 8th counselor. Only one member of the team has been here since I started. For the time that I’ve been at Crossroads all has been really good, although the intake department has no clue how insurance works and now I am paying a really high cost because of that.
Everyone there is very caring and makes you feel welcomed no matter what you have been threw and they are always willing to go an extra mile to help.
