In the beginning they'd be 2⭐'s & that's me being nice but since the beginning of 2016 they're amazing. The help I've received fr my counselor (along w\ my 1st one who had to quit due to personal reasons) have been a blessing from God. She along w\ the rest of the staff have went above & beyond. My only issue is I’ve been there over a year I have failed one drug test for marijuana which everybody knows you’re gonna test dirty for for 30 days so they gave me a test two weeks later and considered that a Nother failed test so they took a level and prolong me getting my other level even though I’ve never failed any other test other than that if you’re really there to help yourself in your life it’ll help if you’re there just to get high it won’t do nothing just like anything you do in life it’s up to you people can only... read more

Family. They supported me and helped guide me through the scariest time of my life. They don't just do it for the Job or a paycheck. They care. The director, sectary, counselors, nurse, pharmacist, and dr. Family and I'll forever pray for the best life can bring them.

Staff was very professional, but I received notice that I have a past due copay from 9/2021 to 12/2021. It. Is now May 2022 and as I understand is that I may owe this because Crossrads. Did not bill my Medicaid from October to December 2021. I don’t know if they can even go back and pay at this point. This is $$ I do not have.
It’s a great treatment center. Everyone is is always kind.
