Get directionsWell I'm not too good at stuff like this but, I am very satisfied with the doctors and the counselors everybody they're just understanding and know you're going through a hard time and it's good to be able to talk to somebody about things I think it's one of the best programs going on today for people that have problem with opiate or any kind of drugs and if my son makes it through court tomorrow he's going to be up there I promise you that

Hi, Robert. Thank you for taking the time to rate us! We are glad we could leave a positive impact and made it a good experience for you.
I couldn’t ask for a better program where they actually want you to do better & do anything they can to help get you there! They also care so much about you getting sober and staying that way…. I have been back & forth so many times with my addiction I wanted to give up for good but I thank God, my family & Crossroads (the whole team😉) that I didn’t & can actually say they are helping me learn how to find myself again w/o being ashamed of my past! Hi, Rodney. Thank you for taking the time to rate us!
The staff is amazing and go out of their way to treat you as a human being. The DON has gone out of her way many, many ways to help me after having surgery and recently my counselor realized the ball was dropped by my previous counselor no longer there. I should have been phased up but I wasn’t so they got me phased up instead of making me wait a year. This would have affected my new job. Pretty much all the staff are caring and I’m so glad I moved there from my other clinic.

Hi, Patricia. Thank you for taking the time to rate us! We are glad we could leave a positive impact and made it a good experience for you.
Great staff! They provide personal attention and genuinely seem to care about my wellbeing. I pay out of pocket so it would be better if you accepted Blue Cross. I hope the out-of-pocket rates do not increase! I have been at this location since it opened and am on my 8th counselor. Only one member of the team has been here since I started. Perhaps the employees do not feel appreciated enough? It is difficult to start all over again with a new counselor or director every few months. Other than those difficult issues, ... read more
