For the time that I’ve been at Crossroads all has been really good, although the intake department has no clue how insurance works and now I am paying a really high cost because of that.

I’ve been a patient at Crossroads Treatment Center for a couple of years now and the staff is as loving and caring as the first day I walked through the door. The ladies at the front desk, when you check-in, always have a smile on their face and are always so happy and sweet. I’ve had two counselors, so far, and they have been absolutely wonderful; once again these people are always smiling and are there to talk to whenever you may need them. The nurses are also amazing. Lamia, Tom, and Regina really make all the difference in this place.. wonderful kind respectful non judgemental people with beautiful hearts. I have been with crossroads almost 5 years now and of all the people that have come and gone, these 3 people are by far the best at crossroads. It will be a very sad day if they ever leave. They make my weekly visits so pleasurable even if I have to wait a bit. 5⭐🥰

Crossroads is a great experience all the staff is always very polite and friendly helpful they truly care about you the person any questions you ask they will answer and the inside is very nice always clean nice job on the remodel when you walk in everything runs smoothly never any kind of B S I just want to say Thank You to all the staff Great Job Michael
