I love going there talking to all the people who work there they make you comfortable and and not judging you when you walk into n the door and the counselor is awesome she really makes wanna tell her everything that I’m going through and what may be troubling means then the receptionist with the color in her I just love her .

The new program Director has really made things more streamlined and organized personally I think she has been a tremendous job especially on the observation I have made prior to her employment she seems to have Made things A lot more organized and client friendly in the past crossroad hasn’t made a lot of effortTo be a cut Above their competitors but I believe since Fatima has been there they have accomplished that hopefully upper management will observe closely and possibly Utilize some of the concepts that are being used... read more

Having been to several different Crossroad locations due to my work schedule, the E. Westmoreland Street location was by far my best experience (other than my home base at Sharon Hill)! Everyone was awesome, helpful, and professional. Very well run! Thank you!

The entire staff is amazing. They make you feel so welcome and they never treat me like an addict. They treat you like a person and all seem like they are genuinely concerned for my sobriety and the best for me. This place has saved my life and makes me feel like I can succeed and I can get thru life without drugs.
